Receiving Instructions:

• Your order should be delivered to you within 3 business days, not including weekends and holidays.
• If you live in an assisted living setting your packages may be delivered to the front office or reception area depending on the preferences of your facility.
• Please unpack your supplies as soon as possible and if there are any discrepancies please notify the GAPS customer services representative at your earliest convenience by calling 1-877-819-GAPS (4277). The sooner we know of a problem the sooner we can make it right.
